What We Do
HZP is POV your BFF... a little acronym heavy but you get it. We are your personal paparazzi for your Big Day, snagging all the clips of all the things. From intimate moments in the morning with your wedding party, to interviewing your guests at cocktail hour, and recording speeches in iPhone format for you to have forever... We do the most so you and your people can be fully present.
Experience
With experience managing, coordinating, planning, and covering over 150 weddings and events in the past few years, we KNOW weddings and content. We take great pride in knowing how to successfully and cohesively work with your media team members to get all of your memories captured and tied up with a bow.

Because of our experience and confidence in the planning/coordination world (peep our portfolio here), we come to your event ready for anything with a full emergency kit on our person at all times. We are happy to assist your photographers for the perfect under the veil shot, or give your coordinator a hand if needed. There is no other way to be than a team player.

All raw content is delivered to you via Apple Shared Albums, and DropBox <24 hours after we depart your event. You have complete freedom to edit, share, and create with all media as you please with no copyright limitations. We ask that you tag us @heimzieglerpictures (so we can see too!). Reels are posted within 7 days. Camcorder Short Video Add-Ons have a 2-4 week turn around time.

HOW DOES CONTENT DIFFER FROM A TRADITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER OR VIDEOGRAPHER?
All of these vendors form your media team. We collaborate with different approaches, yet are all focused on a common goal: To capture these quick, once-in-a-lifetime moments for you as a team.
Our team will provide you with raw 4:3 footage, or material that may create a viral reel or TikTok. Material that looks as if it was captured by your best friend on your best day, social media compatible right away. Your photographer will snap gorgeous shots that will go on your mantle, and your videographer (if you have one!) will curate a cinematic masterpiece to watch on your anniversary. We are 3 peas in a pod.
Photographers/Videographers: We subcontract under varying media teams for content coverage! We know this every-changing industry is complicated at times and the vibe between vendors is a huge component on an event day. You deserve a partner who is good at what they do, knows the ins and outs of a wedding day, and respects your processes and space.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
Once you submit an inquiry, our team will be sure your date is available. We offer complimentary optional discovery calls, and will get you on the calendar ASAP! We will chat about your needs, what appeals to you about content coverage, your favorite songs for the Day-After collaborative reels, and be sure all your questions are answered.
If you decide to move forward, we require a deposit to hold your date.
